Dominick Michael Gill, 26, North Manchester, passed away tragically in a motor vehicle accident on July 23, 2023, in Huntington, Indiana. Born May 16, 1997, in Fort Wayne, Dominick was the son of Daniel Gill and Karie (Cox) Bruder.
Dominick graduated from Huntington High School in 2016 and went on to work at a nuclear waste plant in South Carolina for three years. He then moved back to North Manchester and has worked at Louis Dreyfus since January of 2021. Dominick had a heart of gold and helped anyone in need, giving them everything he could. He listened to anyone who needed an ear and tried his best to help them. If he couldn’t solve their issues, he at least made them feel better. Dominick loved watching football, baseball, and basketball and enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing, kayaking the river, and riding his motorcycle. He relished in playing Xbox, which allowed him to connect and talk to people all over the world.
The loving memory of Dominick Michael Gill will be forever cherished by his father, Daniel Gill, North Manchester; mother and stepfather, Karie and Michael Bruder, North Manchester; brother, Stanley (Cynthia) Gill, Hessel, Michigan; sister, Rianne Stier, North Manchester; paternal grandparents, Dave and Connie Gill, Bremen and Kimberly and Russell France, North Manchester; maternal grandmother, Karen Baldridge, North Manchester; niece, Aurora Gill; and nephews, Weston and Rykor Renz. Dominick was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stanley Baldridge.
Dominick’s wishes were for people not to gather to honor him but instead to do acts of kindness for others.
The family of Dominick Michael Gill has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
