David L. Love, 54, Gas City, passed away at 6:10 am on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Thursday, November 30, 1967, to Floyd and Joyce (Rogers) Love.
David graduated from Mississinewa High School and attended Florida Bible Baptist College. He was a member of College Wesleyan Church. David was dedicated to helping at College Wesleyan Church as an usher. He also enjoyed attending Sunday School classes. David liked watching sports and was an avid New York Yankees fan.
Survivors include his mother, Joyce A. Love of Gas City; brother, Robert F. Love of Gas City; niece, Jessica E. (Noah Winings) Love of Indianapolis; and several aunts, uncles, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd L. Love.
The family will receive visitors from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Needham-Storey-Wampner, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main Street, Gas City, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate David’s life will begin at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
According to David’s wishes, his body will be donated to science.
