Damien Lee Trosper Clymer

Damien Lee Trosper Clymer, 22, Gas City, passed away at 3:47 pm on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Marion Health. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Sunday, December 16, 2001.  

Damien graduated from Mississinewa High School in 2020. He was an honorary firefighter and in high school, was on the unified basketball team. He was affiliated with Eastview Wesleyan Church and would help out every Sunday with Impact Kids. He enjoyed going to JT’s Lakeside Campground with his mom, dad, brother and friends from the campground. He really enjoyed going on the boat. He loved his Rottweilers and even named one of them on his own, but he really wanted a Frenchie Bulldog. He wanted to be a farmer with his uncle.

Damien impacted the lives of everyone he met and always had a smile on his face. He always put others before himself.   

Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Amanda Clymer of Gas City; brother, Collin Michael Trosper Clymer; special friend, Brooklyn Dering; grandparents, Rick and Suanne Jefferies, Beverly and Randy Wood, Sendee and Bobby Layman, and Ron and Rebecca Cooper; as well as multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jerry and Bonnie Neal, special grandparents, preceded him in death.

The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St, Gas City, IN.

Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Damien’s life will begin at 12:00 noon. 

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to assist the family with costs.
