Connie Kay Hall, 80, of North Manchester, Indiana, died at 11:57 pm, Monday, May 15, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on July 29, 1942, in Wabash, Indiana, to John T. and Ombra Louise (Burkholder) Keffaber.
Connie was a 1960 graduate of Wabash High School. She married Phill M. Hall on January 9, 1961 in Wise, Virginia; he died on January 29, 2008. She retired from Wabash Electric. Connie was a former member of Christ United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church, both of Wabash. She also belonged to the Wabash County Museum, the Woman’s Clubhouse Association, and the North Manchester Moose Lodge. She was a previous member of the Wabash Moose Lodge. She enjoyed working puzzles, crocheting, sewing, and reading. She was an avid Chicago Cubs and Kentucky fan, and enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts and other sporting events.
She is survived by six children, Carl (Sharon) Hall of Wabash, John (Nikki Harris) Hall of Elkhart, Indiana, Wayne (Nikki) Hall of North Manchester, Jennifer (Mike) Pernell of Union, Kentucky, Andrew Hall and Randall Hall, both of Wabash, 23 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Hall, granddaughter, Gracelynn Rae Hall, and her two brothers, William Keffaber and Larry Keffaber.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Monday, May 22, 2023, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with David Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 2-6 pm Sunday, at the funeral home.
