Children’s Activities Coming to Peru Library This Fall

PERU – Peru Public Library, 102 East Main Street, will be holding events on the Children’s floor for the month of September.

Wednesday, September 7th and Wednesday, September 14th at 4:00, “Serving Up My Plate” with Rachel Taylor for Elementary Age Children. The program is about how the food we eat and make healthy snacks.

Thursday, September 15th, at 4:00, the library will have there monthly, American Girl Club. Ages 6 and Up, feel free to bring your American Girl Doll with You. The program is to learn the friendship, compassion, courage, and LOVE.

Monday, September 19th, at 4:00 a Pirate Party in honor of “National Talk Like A Pirate Day.” Children of all ages are welcome and will receive an eye patch.

Thursday, September 29th, at 7:00 a Pajama Story Time at the library. Feel free to come in your pajamas and bring your stuffed animals. Children of all ages are welcome.

All these programs are FREE. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information about these programs you can call 473-3069.
