Cassiel Josiah Slone, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 5:27 am, Monday, May 6, 2019 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He was born March 23, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana to Rickey Jr., and Britney (Nettrouer) Slone.
Cassiel had his own way of smiling. He loved listening to music and being held, listening to his three brothers, holding his stuffed animals, and capturing the hearts of all.
He is survived by his parents, Rickey Jr. and Britney Slone, three brothers, Jaymes Slone, Kayden Kelly, and Skyler Slone, all of Wabash, grandparents, Rick and Tammy Slone of Wabash, and Roy and Tina Nettrouer of Roann, Indiana, great grandparents, Edna Slone of Sidney, Indiana, and Carl Nettrouer of South Whitley, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Betty Nettrouer, Paul Slone, Claude & Gertrude Dotson, and Lawrence & Juanita Smither.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor Tim Prater officiating. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 4-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
