Carolyn “Sue” Decker, 72, Marion, passed away in her home at 10:10 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2018. She was born on May 18, 1946, to the late Ralph and Violet (Preston) Guarneri.
Sue was employed at Goshen Rubber Co. where she was a press operator. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and listening to Elvis Presley.
She is survived by her children, Ronald DeHoff, Goshen, Timothy (Jamie) DeHoff, Goshen, Marita DeHoff, Marion, and James (Luann) DeHoff, Sr., Marion; grandchildren, Ronnie Lee DeHoff, James Douglas DeHoff, Teresa Lynn DeHoff, Brent Howard Dennis, James Dean DeHoff, II, and Skyler DeHoff; great-grandson, Bryson Dennis; nieces, Susie, Shari, Sandie, and Shelly Gillespie; several nephews; and sisters, Judi Alexander Hill and Linda Decker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher DeHoff; sister, Maryland Gillespie; and brothers, Francis Decker, Cecil Decker, and Tom Guarneri.
A graveside service for Sue will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at Grant Memorial Park, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN. Pastor Andrew Morrell will be officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
