Carol Rice, age 64, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Marion, Indiana.
Carol was born on May 5, 1959, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Frank Jucewicz Sr. and Elaine (Grove) Jucewicz. She earned her nursing degree at Bucks City Community College and had worked as a traveling nurse. She also worked as an LPN at Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Carol enjoyed cooking and was extremely fond of her grand puppy, Henna.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (John) Scanlan of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Stephanie (Erik) Seliger of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania; a brother, Michael Jucewicz of Lehighton, Pennsylvania; a sister, Kathy Kurtz of Emmas, Pennsylvania; and four grandsons, Declan, Sullivan, Logan, and Jace.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rachel Kozlusky and a brother, Frank Jucewicz, Jr.
Arrangements are entrusted to Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana where cremation will take place. There will be no services.
