Carol Ann Music, 74, Matthews, passed away at 3:50 p.m. on Monday, October 1, 2018, at Wesleyan Healthcare Center in Marion. She was born in Bemidji, Minnesota, on December 16, 1943, and was the daughter of Vere Evans.
Carol was a homemaker throughout her life, and she attended church regularly. She was a huge fan of Bill and Gloria Gaither, and it wasn’t uncommon to find Carol reading books on a regular basis.
She is survived by her sons, Carl (Linda) Haynes, Fairmount, Ron (Valorie) Haynes, Stow, Ohio, and Rick (Lisa) Haynes, Matthews; 7 grandchildren, Riley Bricker, Susan Cole, Jennifer Haynes, Jeremy Bailey, Alex Haynes, Halie Haynes, and Hanna Haynes; and 3 great-grandchildren, Damien Bailey, Paisley Bailey, and Nico Haynes.
The family will receive visitors from 4 to 6 p.m. with Carol’s funeral service beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
