Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Covington Memorial Park in Fort Wayne.
Betty was born on July 22, 1931 in Huntington County, the daughter of William Cocklin and Dorothy (Bowman) Cocklin. She graduated from Huntington High School in 1949 and married Lester E. Wilson Jr. on June 26, 1949 in Huntington; he preceded her in death on February 9, 1995. Betty was a homemaker and a member of Gethsemane Ministries in Huntington.
Survivors include a son, Thomas E. (Lucy) Wilson of Huntington, daughters Marilyn (Grant) Conley of Fort Wayne, Linda (Rodney) Spath of Huntington, and Sharon (Danny) Jones of Andrews, sisters June Raber of Huntington and Mary (Mark) Stults of Markle, eight grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Melody Wilson, and a grandson, Lance Conley.
