Robert “Rob” W. Duggan

Robert “Rob” W. Duggan, 39, Sweetser, passed away at 5:02 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at the Visiting Nurses Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, after an extended illness. He was born in Marion to Thomas David Duggan and Virginia (Hoskins) Cunningham.
Rob was a member of Sweetser Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include his father, Thomas (Margo) Duggan, Fairmount; mother, Virginia (Bob) Cunningham, Marion; children, Ciara Duggan, Marion, James Cummins, Orange Park, FL, and Morgen and Savannah Duggan, Huntington; sister, Amy (Rod) Bearman, and her children, Ethan and Madison Bearman, Martinsburg, WV; and grandmother, Velma Jean Duggan, Marion.
Rob was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert C. Duggan, and his maternal grandparents, Wilbur Wilson (Joann) Hoskins.
The family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion. A funeral service for Rob will begin at 3 p.m., immediately following visitation, with Pastor Matt Stewart officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, Marion, on Monday, April 4, 2016.
