Paul was a lifelong resident of Grant County and was one of eleven children born to John and Huldah (Overman) Mansbarger. Paul married Ruth Griffin on February 13, 1960, and she survives.

Paul was a core maker for 36 years with Atlas Foundry until his retirement in April of 2000. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking, and he made the furniture for his home. Paul was a friendly and loving man who always had candy in his pockets to share with his church family and friends at Church of God of Prophecy, where he was a 12-year member. More than anything, Paul loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and he cherished his Sundays at church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Pauline Bebout (twin sister), Rhoda Henderson, and Catherine Broyles; brothers, Woodrow Cloud, Robert Cloud, Wilbur Henry, John Mansbarger, Charles Mansbarger, Bill Mansbarger, and Jacob Mansbarger; and grandchildren, Cassondra Stevens and Christopher Stevens.

Visitation for Paul will be at Church of God of Prophecy from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with his service beginning at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Pastor David Morris will be officiating.
