Louis Alyn Crago, 80, Huntington, IN, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at his residence.
Mr. Crago was born on April 29, 1935, in Warren, IN to LeRoy and Ellen (Harnish) Crago. His parents preceded him in death. He married Patty Evans on June 14, 1953, and she preceded him in death on December 23, 2010.
Mr. Crago was a Tool & Die Maker at Fisher Body for 32 ½ years. He was a member of the First Brethren Church, Huntington, IN. He was a lifetime member of the Eagle Lodge, American Legion Post 85 and 7, and Moose Lodge, Huntington, IN.
Louis is survived by one son, Michael A. (Laretta) Crago, Warren, IN; two daughters, Jane Mongold, Huntington, IN, Roberta (Harry) Meyer, Zolfo Springs, FL; four grandchildren,
Dee Dee (Dan) Larkey, Aleisha (Matt) Collins, Billy Mongold and Mike Mongold. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and special friend, Shirley Schug.
Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Crago; and two sisters, his twin, Louellen Fouts and Lydia Sands.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington IN.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN with Rev. Diane Teusch officiating.
A burial will follow at Gardens of Memory, Marion, IN.
