Lora Mercer, 51, Peru, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Aperion Care.
She was born on May 2, 1965 in East Liverpool, Ohio. She was the second youngest of six children born to Richard W. and Nancy J. (West) Emmerling.
Lora is survived by her children, Andrew (Moriah) Mercer and Adam Mercer all of Peru. Two grandchildren Jayden and Ryland. Sisters, Nancy Bolton, Tara Emmerling, Colleen (Jeff) Cox. Brother, Richard II (Elizabeth) Emmerling. Nieces, Shannon Bolton Richard, Katlyn Cox. Nephews, Shawn (Lindsay) Emmerling, Chase (Jonna) Howe, Devin Cox, Nate Cox, Maverick Cox, Aaron Cox, Ty Cox, Dylan Emmerling. Great Nephews, Bryce Ward, Caiden Richards, Ian Howe, Noah Howe, Cooper Howe. Great Nieces, Brooklyn Emmerling, Brielle Emmerling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Mark Emmerling, niece, Tammy Bolton, and nephew, Chad Bolton.
Memorial services will be held at the Allen Funeral Home on Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 2-5 pm.
