Larry G. Boyle, 71, Marion, died at 3:33 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016, at Marion General Hospital. He was born in Marion, Indiana, to the late Bonnie (Carr) Boyle. He married Wanda Vice on April 11, 1964, and she survives.
Larry worked in Salvage Repair for 35.5 years at GM, retiring in 2007. He was an avid fisherman and loved fishing in Tennessee. Larry was a NASCAR fan and all kinds of racing. He was the #1 fan of A.J. Foyt, Kyle Bush, and Tony Stewart. Larry also enjoyed camping. He adored his granddaughters and his wife was the love of his life.
Larry is survived by his wife, Wanda; son, Larry (Gloria) Boyle, II, Upland; granddaughters, Ashley and Sarah Boyle; brother, John Boyle; sister, Teresa Goodman; nephew, Roger (Olivia) Goodman; great-nieces, Alicia (Cameron) Labus, Gracie Goodman, and Faith Goodman; and special friends, Wayne (Linda) Boswell and Randy (Millie) Smith.
Also preceding Larry in death were his brothers, Tim and Dickie Boyle; grandmother, Beulah Coffman; and aunts, Elouise Milligan and Lois Feazel.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Grant County Sherriff’s Department, the Ambulance crew, MGH, Millie Smith, and Teresa Goodman.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no services.
