Hilda I Stolte, 99 of Bluffton passed away at 3:45 pm on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Christian Care Retirement Center. Hilda was a long time member of Fairview Church of God and she loved spending time with her family.
Hilda was born on March 11, 1917 in Whitley County, a daughter of Perry and Sedie (Ottinger) Ditzenberger. Her parents preceded her in death.
She was united in marriage to Donald L. Stolte on March 1, 1941 in Fort Wayne. Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters: Donna Sickafus of Yoder, and Karen (David) McBride of Markle; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
She additionally preceded in death by two brothers and eight sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 9, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 4:00pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00pm at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel, located at 415 N. Lee Street, Markle IN, 46770
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 10, 2016 at 10:30am at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel.
Interment will take place at Green Lawn Cemetery in Fort Wayne.
