Gloria Y. Huston, 67, Marion, died at 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2016 in her home. She was born in Argos, Indiana to William Sanford Yates and Betty (Gray) Stiles.
Gloria was a United States Marine Corps veteran. She retired from the Marion V.A., where she worked in the accounting/patient funds department. Gloria enjoyed quilting, solving crossword puzzles, and watching TV games shows. She was a member of Grace Community Church.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Stiles, Marion; daughter Kananai (Kirk) Loftis, Logansport; grandson, Levi Theurer, Marion; and siblings, Chris Bradford, Marion, Wayne (Alicia) Connelly, New Orleans, LA, Bill (Pat) Yates, Jr., Seymour, Barbara Yates, Valparaiso, and Sharon Yates, South Bend.
Gloria was preceded in death by her father, William Sanford Yates.
Friends and family may call from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Tom Mansbarger officiating. Burial will follow at Estates of Serenity.
