Frederick Dean Wright, II, 37, Marion, died at 2:38 a.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Marion General Hospital. He was born in Marion to Deborah (Compo) Nelson.
Frederick was born in Marion to Deborah (Compo) Nelson and graduated from Marion High School. He worked as a grinder at Bahr Brothers Manufacturing.
He is survived by his mother, Debbie Nelson, Marion; sister, Jamey Bigelow, Marion; daughter, Keria Patterson, Marion; grandparents, Joan and Forrest Compo, Marion; nephew, Jacob Tedder, Marion; aunts, Bonnie (Bob) Stephenson and Julie Seavers; uncle, Barry (Ruby) Compo; cousins, Tommy (Tina) Cannon, John (Leah) Cannon, Darlene Stephenson O’Banion, Sherry (Nick) Gray, James Compo, and Thomas Compo; step-sisters, Staci (Eli) Coulter and Stephani Williams; and special friends, Ethan Patterson, Cory Rice, Demetric Mays, and Leslee Johnson.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at Grant Memorial Park Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion. Services begin at 12 noon with Sia M’Bayo officiating. Burial will follow at Grant Memorial Park.
After the service, the family extends a special invitation to join them for dinner at Christland United Methodist Church, 721 E. Charles St., Marion.
