He was born in Park Ridge, Illinois, the son of the late Dr. Walter C. and Gwendolyn R. (Neibel) Randall.
Doug graduated from Maine Township High School East.
In 1987, he moved with his parent’s to Upland, where he had been an employee with Taylor University’s maintenance department for over 20 years, before his retirement several years ago.
Survivors include two brothers, David C. (Lea) Randall, Versailles, Kentucky, and Craig M. Randall, Des Plaines; a sister, Marilyn (Neal) Anderson, Glenview, Illinois; five nephews; two nieces; eleven great nephews; two great nieces; and many friends and neighbors who cared greatly for him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Randall Environmental Center, c/o Taylor University, 236 W. Reade Avenue, Upland, Indiana, 46989 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
