PERU,IN Saturday, August 6th, War Birds Cruise-In will be at the Grissom Air Museum. Registration is from 7:30 to 11:30, that could be a car, truck, and motorcycle that can be be in the Cruise-In Classic. The car show will take place in the Air Park and there will 25 military aircraft. Doors will open at 10:00 for visitors and families. The car show is a fund raiser for the museum. Inside the museum, on Saturday, Marlene Compton from the Marlee’s Art Gallery will have the first annual Art Contest and the Bunker Hill Boy Scouts will be selling drinks for a fund raiser for the Troops. There will be a DJ from Lafayette and food fenders. This is a family event. Admission is $3.00 for General Admission, 12 and under or Military in Uniform will get in FREE.
