WABASH COUNTY, Ind. – Kindergarten Round-up will be held at the Honeywell Center on Wednesday, March 20th from 1:00-7:00 pm. IT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED THAT ANY CHILD ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND KINDERGARTEN GO TO ROUND-UP. Students must be age 5 by August 1, 2019 to attend Kindergarten in the fall. Parents are to bring a copy of their original courthouse issued Birth Certificate and Immunization Records to round-up along with all completed registration papers. Registration papers can be obtained by contacting or stopping by the school they will be attending. Please call your respective school and pre-register:

KINDERGARTEN ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
– Official Birth Certificate- Age 5 By Aug 1, 2019
-Dental Exam- FREE at Round-up
-Vision Screen and eye exam
-Physical Exam done by your family physician
-Immunizations – DTAP(5), POLIO(4), MMR(2), Hepatitis B (series of 3),
Varicella – (Chicken Pox) (2), Hepatitis A (2)
***FREE dental exams and optional lead testing will be available at Round-Up along with many other fun activities for kids. In addition, the Wabash County Health Department will be on hand to administer immunizations. This is a great opportunity to meet many of the requirements for attending school in the fall.
