In adherence to the recommendations to continue the suggested guidelines from CDC through April 30, 2020, the Judges of the Wabash Circuit Court, Wabash Superior Court, (collectively the “Courts”) are releasing the following: 1. The Wabash County Judicial Annex and the Offices therein (Circuit and Superior Courts, the Clerk, Prosecutor’s Office, and Court Services, to include Probation and Community Corrections) will be closed to the public beginning March 24, 2020 through April 30, 2020. 2. The Wabash County Courts will reduce to essential staff only to conduct essential court business as deemed appropriate by the courts and in compliance with the Indiana Supreme Court orders in Case No. 20S-CB-00123 and Case No. 20S-CB-00125. 3.
