Under Indiana Code 36-8- 4-7, a person may not be appointed as a member of the Wabash City Police Department after the person has reached thirty-six(36) years of age.
Under Indiana Code 36-1-20.2 (Nepotism), a person may not be appointed as a member of the Wabash City Police Departrnent who is related to any ofEcer of the department.
