WABASH COUNTY – Mariah Kirtlan was crowned 2019 Wabash County 4-H Fair Queen on Wednesday night during the annual pageant at the Honeywell Center’s Ford Theater.
Rounding out the queen’s court are Haylie Miller, First Runner-up; Ally Keaffaber, Second Runner-up; Karrigan Yard, Third Runner-up; and Ariel Dale, Miss Congeniality.
