Timmy R. Craft, age 49, of Lafontaine and formerly of Huntington, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 3:49 pm at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. He worked at Clarks Reclamation for over 20 years, was a member of the Huntington Eagles, and enjoyed going to garage sales, tinkering and was a Superman fan.
Timmy was born January 20, 1969, in Huntington, the son of Ray Smith and Diana (Blevins) Rickman. He is survived by his beloved wife Amanda (Asher) Craft of Lafontaine, mother and stepfather Diana & Grant Rickman of Ewing, KY, 6 children Trista (Justin) Craft of Indianapolis, Austin Michael Young of Wabash, Hannah Craft North Manchester, Courtney (Robbie) Ross of Kentucky, and Brianna Leigh Broxon and Carlie Nykole Broxon of Lafontaine, siblings Billy (Melissa) Craft of Houston, TX, Tammy (Curtis) Ratliff of Lexington, KY, Wesley Brinson of Little Rock, AK, Darold Smith, Kenneth Ray Smith and Carrie Ann Henline of Huntington, and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded by a son Baby Ray.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 19 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel preceding the 3:15 pm graveside service at Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster, IN.
