Thomas Alvin Ratekin, 79, formerly of Lagro, Indiana, died at 2:39 pm, Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Renaissance Village in Fort Wayne. He was born September 14, 1939 in Madison County, Indiana to Ernest and Pauline Nellie (Ward) Ratekin.
Thomas was a general contractor. He married Jean Ann Horvath in Wabash on April 14, 1973; she died February 26, 2011.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with David Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
