On Wednesday, they were inside Schlemmer Brothers shooting an interview with owner Kent Henderson and several employees. Between shots, Naylor told MiBash News that the production will be shot digitally in 1080p at 24 fps. Some shots will even be captured in the ultra-HD 4K format. He added that they are shooting the footage in a documentary style so as to avoid the feel of reality TV.

Tonya Belk, producer for Flow Nonfiction, said she’s impressed with all the Hoosier Hospitality.
