Prime Site Certification Dedication Event for Wabash Business Complex

 

WABASH COUNTY, IN –The City of Wabash and Grow Wabash County are pleased to announce that the Wabash Business Complex has been designated as a Prime Site, the highest award for shovel readiness in the state of Indiana, by the Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA).

 

The City of Wabash and Grow Wabash County are excited to extend an invitation to the public to join us for a special Dedication Event for the Wabash Business Complex on Tuesday, December 12th, 2017 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. This event will take place at the Wabash Business Complex located at 15 Ringel Dr. Wabash, Indiana west of Highway 13 near the Highway 24 intersection. The dedication will take place outside near the entrance of the complex. Special guest Lt. Governor Crouch will be the featured speaker.  After the dedication, or in case of rain, guests will reconvene in the conference room at Brodbeck Seeds, located just inside the entrance of the Wabash Business Complex.  

 

The Wabash Business Complex is owned by the City of Wabash and has shovel ready lots available ranging from 4 acres to nearly 100 acres which can be subdivided or combined to fit specific needs. Available sites have easy access to ample electric, natural gas, water, and sewer service including a new 750,000 gallon water tower as well as state of the art fiber optics.  The Wabash Business Complex is ready to meet the needs of diverse companies from around the globe.
