At approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 4, 2016, at the intersection of Miami and Stitt Streets a motorist struck a pedestrian. The motorist stopped and assisted the pedestrian who was struck. It was reported that the motorist offered to take the pedestrian to the hospital, but at the time the pedestrian declined the assistance. Wabash Police are asking for help in locating the older male driver of a tan four door passenger car. The female was treated and released from the hospital.
