PERU, Ind. – January 31 is National Inspire Your Heart With Art Day, and the Peru Public Library is having a month long art focus by hosting a bad art contest. Turn in your bad art during the first half of the month, by January 14, and the library will display them the second half of the month for the public to vote on.
