PERU, Ind. – The Peru Board of Works met Wednesday evening and accepted the Peru Fire Department’s request to promote Kevin Ashley from firefighter to mechanic, replacing Robert Daine who was promoted to assistant fire chief. Here is Kevin Ashley:
