Pauline Gentry, 91, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Peru.
She was born in Wabash, Indiana on October 13, 1926 to Thomas and Ruth (Risler) Wilson. She married Wilbur Gentry Jr. on June 6, 1946. Pauline was a member of the First Christian Church in Peru. She loved her family, gardening, choir, and going to church.
She is survived by her son Terry (wife Betty) of Denver, In; a sister Shirley (husband George) Green of New York; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son Tom and wife Cathy, and two sisters Wilma and Joann.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral service will follow at 1pm, with Pastor Donald Browning officiating. Burial will take place at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County, Indiana.
