Patty was born January 21, 1945, in Austin, Texas, the daughter of Richard and Frankie (Law) Graves.
Patty was a graduate of Van Buren High School and Indiana Business School. Prior to her retirement she worked at Marion Independent FCU.
She was a lifetime member of Phi Delta Kappa, she enjoyed making cakes, floral arrangements, and knitting. She loved southern cooking and would feed anyone that walked in her door.
Patty is survived by 2 daughters: Paula (Stephen) Lhamon of Upland, Indiana and Pamala Turney of Jacksonville, Florida. She was loved dearly by her 4 grandchildren; Casey (Abby) Lhamon, Tyler (Brittany) Lhamon, Joshua Turney, Jackson Turney and her 3 great-grandchildren; Hazel Lhamon, Nolan Turney and Isla Turney. As well as her Niece; Haylee (partner Alecs) Eaton and a nephew; Brian Eaton
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Debbie Eaton.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday August 28, 2023, at Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. Visitation will also take place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Immediately following at 11:00 a.m. we will celebrate Patty’s life with a service officiated by Reverend Tom Mansbarger.
Burial will take place in Grant Memorial Park, Marion, Indiana immediately following the funeral service.
