NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – A North Manchester man is facing criminal charges following a Saturday afternoon investigation.
According to a report from Jim Kirk, North Manchester Police Department Chief of Police:
On Saturday, Jan. 21, around 2:52 p.m., Sgt. Greg Tomlinson and Patrolman Derek Sessoms responded to a complaint of a person having a loaded firearm pointed at them in the 700 block of North Wayne Street.
After the initial investigation, Bryce L. Zook, 19, was preliminarily charged with intimidation, pointing a loaded firearm and possession of a firearm without a license.
The incident is still under investigation.
