INDIANA – The County Sheriff’s Departments of Wabash, Huntington, and Miami along with the Indiana State Police are investigating a series of thefts and burglaries. The above suspect, Donnie Horne, is currently in custody on felony theft charges. Law Enforcement are asking for assistance in locating additional stolen items.
