INDIANAPOLIS – More than a dozen substance abuse coalitions will share in $750,000 in grants from the state. Governor Eric Holcomb’s office says the one-year funding will support efforts to combat the drug crisis in Indiana. The recipients are located in 10 counties throughout Indiana. Each will receive a $75,000 grant to “develop, improve and enhance their collaborative, evidence-based treatment and recovery initiatives. Cass County’s Four County Counseling Center is among those chosen for the grant. Holcomb’s office says the grants will help the recipients identify gaps in service, measure outcomes, build capacity, and develop recovery-oriented systems of care.
