Michael J. Hudson, 62, of Dunkirk (Knox Twp. Jay County), IN, passed away at 9:20 PM on Saturday, July 07, 2018 at his home. He was born on Monday, February 13, 1956 in Hartford City, IN. Michael was a 1974 graduate of Pennville High School. He was a truck driver and had driven for NRP in Montpelier for several years. He was a member of the National Muzzle Loader Rifle Assoc. in Friendship, IN., Pequannah Muzzle Loaders Club in Portland, IN., and had been a member for 25 years at the Dunkirk Moose Lodge #1776. He enjoyed gardening in his free time.
Survivors include: Companion of 32 years – Cheryl Winters, Dunkirk, IN, Sister – Barb Giving, Sapulpa, OK, Sister – Karen Myers, Albany, IN, Daughter – Jennifer Winters, Modoc, IN, Grandson – Cody Winters, Modoc, IN, several Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Marcus & Doris (Dodds) Hudson.
In honoring Michael’s wishes there will be no viewing or services at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
