MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. – Miami County Officials are looking to take over the civilian operations at the Grissom Runway.

Montgomery Aviation served Grissom for about eight years and notified Miami County Officials that they were to terminate operations on April 4th. The Officials are hoping to rehire two Montgomery Aviation Employees, to help with transition, which is going on right now, and there experience. Miami County Officials will take over April 4th, where the Officials will start charging Larger Aircraft Landing Fees.
