Miami County Health Department Urges People to Use Caution

MIAMI COUNTY, IN- The Miami County Health Department would like to reiterate that we need to be limiting how many people are coming into establishments at a time and on the premises waiting in line. Outdoor based establishments can stay open if they can follow these guidelines. We need to make sure that we are following the social distancing of staying at least six-footapart, avoiding large gatherings (no more than 10 people), proper hand washing, disinfecting surfaces, (counter tops, door handles, and cough hygiene, covering our mouths when we cough and wearing a face mask when possible). We understandthat implementing these guidelines will be difficult, but it is not impossible. In order to protect our community, we all need to work together during this difficult time.
