MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. – The Miami County Community Foundation (MCCF) is holding a #GivingTuesday open house on Tuesday, November 28th from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. The event is open to the public and will take place at the MCCF’s office facility, located at 13 E Main Street in Peru. #GivingTuesday is a global initiative to inspire giving back locally. It is celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the popular shopping events to kick off the charitable season. This is the MCCF’s 3rd year of participation in this event. Individuals from non-profits who have received grants will be present to speak about their work and impact. The event will be covered by The Official 101.9. Cider and doughnuts will be provided. Enjoy some holiday treats, learn about this year’s impact, and help the MCCF kick off the season of giving. All are welcome.
