Mary (Beuoy) Roberts, age 91, Middletown, passed away at 11:01 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Middletown. She was born in Muncie on May 10, 1927, to the late Frank and Florence (Hartzel) Beuoy.
Mary enjoyed Bingo, crafts, and spending time with her family. She was actively involved with the Moose Lodge, American Legion, and AmVets. She worked as a clerk at IGA grocery store.
She is survived by her sons, Franklin (Rita) Stone, Muncie, and Joe Stone (Fiancee Phyllis), Indianapolis; daughter, Diana Cook, Indianapolis; grandchildren, Frank Stone, Jr., Lisa Wright, Joe Stone, Jr., Stacey Cook, Ben Stone, and Katie Albritton; 15 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were her son, Benjamin Stone; brothers, Bill, Jim, and Earl Beuoy; and grandson, Mike Cook.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Mary’s funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN. Pastor Mick Simpkins will be officiating with burial following at Matthews Cemetery.
