Margaret Sue Webb, 80, of Wabash, Indiana, went to be with her Lord at 11:57 pm, Friday, April 29, 2022, at Parkview Wabash Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1942, in East Point, Kentucky, to Lawrence and Susie (Vanderpool) Webb.
Sue married Estill Webb in Kentucky on May 26, 1962. She worked as a CNA at Wabash Healthcare retiring in 1999. Sue loved attending church. She attended Christian Heritage Church and currently attended Freedom Life Church in Wabash. Sue enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing, watching game shows, working crossword puzzles, spending time with her family, and especially loved her grandbabies. She cherished her family.
She is survived by her husband Estill Webb of Wabash; two daughters, Connie (Tim) Beckner of Wabash, and Teresa (Kenneth) Brown of Dandridge, Tennessee, son-in-law Jeff Sluss of Wabash; six grandchildren, Kayla (Matt) Wilson of Wabash, Mike (Chelsey) Beckner of Logansport, Indiana, Christopher Sluss of Wabash, Alex Brown of Texas, Mariah Vanpelt of Muncie, Indiana, and Travis Sluss of Ossian, Indiana, 12 great grandchildren, sister, Amy (Dave) Weller of Laketon, Indiana, and her brother, Reuben Webb of New Lexington, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kathy Lynn Sluss, and three sisters, Ruth Ferguson, LeeOra Webb, and Sarah Edith.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at Freedom Life Church, 480 Washington Street, Wabash, with Pastor Tim Morrisett officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 4-7 pm Monday, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave. Wabash.
Preferred memorial is Freedom Life Building Fund.
