Lois Etta LeeAnn Coburn, 63, of Andrews, Indiana, died at 8:50 pm, Monday, January 29, 2024, at Parkview Huntington Hospital. She was born on April 29, 1960, in Marion, Indiana. Lois was raised by Howard and Anna (McKee) Church.
Lois was a 1978 graduate of Wabash High School. She married Ricky L. Coburn on September 2, 1977 in Wabash; he died January 20, 2012. Lois enjoyed crocheting, swimming, playing games on her phone, bingo, and her pets.
She is survived by her significant other, Wayne Niverson of Andrews; two sons, Richard (Julie) Coburn of LaFontaine, Indiana and Brian Niverson of Andrews; three grandchildren, Robert (Amy Harden) M. Coburn, II of Lafayette, Blake A. (Sierra) Coburn of LaFontaine, and Aryelle Coburn of Wabash; two great-grandchildren, Willow A. Coburn and Azalea A. Coburn, both of LaFontaine; two brothers, Duane Church of Marion, Dr. Stephen (Diane) Church of Saint Matthews, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Mary Coburn of Wabash; sister-in-law, Yvonne Nelson of Wabash; and brother-in-law, Roderick J. Coburn of Springfield, Illinois. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Anna Church, son, Ryan Lee Coburn, granddaughter, Allyson Coburn, one sister, and one nephew.
Memorial services will be 3:00 pm, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, with Pastor Chris Hayden officiating. Friends may call 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Tuesday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Shelter of Wabash County.
