Larry C. Robinson, 75, of Somerset, Indiana passed away at 1:52 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born to Charles and Martha (Harvey) Robinson on September 29, 1947, in Marion, Indiana.
Larry was a 1965 graduate of Southwood High School. He married Patricia Curtis on April 1, 1967. Larry served in the United States Navy. He worked for Dana Corporation as a machinist in Marion for 42 years before retiring. Larry was a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church in Somerset, Somerset Lions Club, and formerly Dana Camping Club. Larry enjoyed camping, working, helping friends and neighbors.
Larry is survived by his wife, Pat Robinson of Somerset, Indiana; two sons, Jeffery Robinson of Port Orange, Florida, Garrett (Tonia) Robinson of Celestine, Indiana; one daughter, Susan (Jim) Kotoff of Claremore, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren, Kristofer Kotoff, Mathew Kotoff, Rachel Kotoff, Mikayla Thompson, Natalie Robinson, Jocelyn Salmons, Patience Fleck, Aiden Robinson; one great grandchild, Lena Thompson; one brother, Jared (Amy) Robinson of Roann, Indiana; two sisters, Kathy (Larry) Steele of LaFontaine, Indiana, Sandy Stengel of Auburn, Indiana. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Deborah Grant.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023, at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave. Wabash, Indiana 46992. Burial will follow at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to be directed to Woodlawn United Methodist Church or Somerset Lions Club in care of McDonald Funeral Homes.
