Judy A. (Rosburgh) Dubbs

Judy A. (Rosburgh) Dubbs, 65, Warsaw, passed away in her daughter’s Marion home at 12:13 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2018.  She was born in Warsaw on July 12, 1953, to the late Wilbur Frederick and Doreen A. (Main) Rosburgh, II.  Judy married her husband, James Franklin Dubbs, on May 1, 1970, and he preceded her in death on October 25, 2015.

Judy spent her career as an in-home caregiver.  Her family was of utmost importance to her, and she loved spending time with them.  She always looked forward to the holidays and decorating her home.  She enjoyed shopping, playing games on her computer, playing cards with her card group, and camping.  Judy was also a great cook, and especially enjoyed her outings to the nail and hair salons to have her nails, toes, and hair done.

She is survived by her son, Dusty Dubbs, South Whitley; daughter, Melissa (Nick) Winters, Marion; grandchildren, Branda Eppenbaugh, Warsaw, Hannah Eppenbaugh, Warsaw, Haleigh Eppenbaugh, Wabash, Delanie Dubbs, South Whitley, Sophia Winters, Columbia City, and Donna Winters, Columbia City; great-grandchildren, Brayden Shambarger, Jaxon Landolt, and Garrett Landolt; brothers, Joseph (Deborah) Rosburgh, Warsaw, and Wilbur Frederick (Sherri) Rosburgh, III, Columbia City; sister, Sheila (Richard) Smith, North Webster; and several nieces and nephews.  Judy is also survived by her pug, Gracie, and was preceded in death by her other two pugs, Buddy and Dee Dee, whom she dearly loved.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Cook’s Chapel Church, 4567 100 South, Warsaw, IN 46580.
