Judith “Judy” L. Johnson, 84, Marion, passed away at 12:05 pm on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Wyndmoor of Marion. She was born in Greentown, Indiana, on Thursday, February 23, 1939, to Charles and Evelyn (Roe) Cranor. On December 24, 1957, she married Charles T. Johnson, and he preceded her in death on August 18, 2007.
Judy graduated from Eastern High School and was a salesperson for many years at Sears. She loved to travel to the Smokies in Tennessee and to Brown County, Indiana. Judy dearly loved her family, and she will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her daughter, Stacey (Rick) Adkins of Marion; grandchildren, Courtney (Anthony) Basso, Zachary (Whitney) Adkins, Madison (Tyler) Schache, Macy (Evan) Longacre, Randi (Jenny) Harris, and Wesley (Brittany) Harris; great-grandchildren, Bella, Luci, Kaleb, Jordan, Aidden, Charlee, Alex, Isla, and a great-grandson-to-be, Jacob; son-in-law, James Harris; and brother, Richard (Bobbie) Cranor.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dawn Harris; and son, Kelly Johnson.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Judy’s life officiated by Pastor Bill Sparks will begin at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place at Gardens of Memory in Marion.
