Joyce L. Sills, 89, of Bluffton, IN, formerly of Jackson Twp., Wells County passed away at 5:47 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on Friday, February 15, 1929, in Bluffton, IN. She married Lloyd “Danny” Sills on Wednesday, December 24, 1952 in Chester Twp. Wells Co. Joyce was a 1946 graduate of Bluffton High School. She was a member of the Life Community Church in Bluffton, IN. She had worked for Kroger, Caylor Nickel Clinic, and retired after 16 & 1/2 years from Southern Wells School cafeteria. Joyce also was a volunteer at Bluffton Regional Hospital.

(Londa) Sills, Pendleton, IN, Grandson – Josiah Daniel ”J.D” Sills, Pendleton, IN, Sisters – Mona Maggart, Bluffton, IN, Amber (Terry) King, Montpelier, IN, Brothers – Arnold (Kathy) Thomas, Geneva, IN, Greg (Janet) Thomas, Petroleum, IN, and several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Mother – Josephine Huss Thomas, Sister – Maxine Harter, and
Sister – Janice Bell.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
A service to celebrate her life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 29, 2018. Interment will follow in the Jones Cemetery in Warren.
