JoAnn Fogle, 81, Anderson, passed away at 12:40 a.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019, at Edgewater Woods Nursing Home in Anderson. She was born in Kingsport, TN, on August 6, 1937, to Howard and Stella A. (Dixon) McCracken.
JoAnn retired from Ball Foster in Marion, where she was a glass inspector. She enjoyed spending time with her family, as well as with her Ball Foster family. She loved her family and especially took advantage of every opportunity to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events. Before moving away from Marion, she attended Grace Community Church.
She will be missed by her son, Robert (Chris) Fogle, Anderson; grandchildren, Heather Fogle, Indianapolis, and Jonathan (Caitlain) Fogle, Anderson; sister, Betty Sineath, Phoenix, AZ; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert McCracken.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
JoAnn’s funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. following the time of visitation. Rev. Dr. Tom Mansbarger will be officiating with burial taking place at Gardens of Memory.
