The Indiana Department of Transportation announces road closures planned in Miami County on Tuesday May 30th. Two small structure replacements are scheduled for State Road 218, access to homes and businesses will be maintained throughout both replacements. The first closure will take place between South John Street and South Strawtown Pike. Once work is completed on the first structure, work will begin on the second structure between South Strawtown Pike and County Road South 150 East. The official state detour for both closures will be US 31 to State Road 18 to State Road 19. Each structure is expected to be closed for no more than 30 days, weather permitting.
