Honeywell House to host annual Jazz on the Lawn

Wabash, IN – The Honeywell House will host the 9th annual Jazz on the Lawn concert on Thurs., Aug. 1 at 7 p.m. The outdoor event is made possible by lead sponsors First Merchants Bank and Dorais Chevrolet Buick GMC. Associate sponsors include Beacon Credit Union, J.M. Reynolds Oil Co. Inc., Manchester Party & Toll Rental, Visit Wabash County, Wellbrooke of Wabash and Wendy’s of Wabash.

Featured this year will be the Cool City Band from Indianapolis playing classic swing and big band tunes. 

    ​The lawn will open at 5 p.m. Concessions will be available including grilled items, light appetizers, and drinks. Guests may bring lawn chairs, blankets, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. In accordance with Indiana State Law, alcohol may not be carried into the event.

    ​   Tickets for adults are $10 in advance or $15 day of show, and $5 for youth through high school. Entry is free for children 2 years and younger. Reserved tables of 8 are $250 and include a welcome basket with candles, two bottles of wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit. Tickets are available online at www.honeywellhouse.org or by calling the Honeywell Box Office at (260) 563-1102.

In the event of inclement weather, Jazz on the Lawn will take place in Legacy Hall at the Honeywell Center.
